Robotics club
This course is run by our trainers at schools to deepen understanding of robotics, digitalisation and applied science. What we cover also helps prepare pupils for the STEM subjects and sparks an interest in digitalisation and future technical careers. The content depends on the age of the participants and on the progress of the group.
The robotics club usually consists of ten sessions of 90 minutes each, spread over ten weeks. Each session has a different practical or theoretical focus, so that pupils gain a rounded insight into drones and digitalisation.
Numbers are limited to 16 pupils. The course uses a range of drones for indoor and outdoor use. We provide all the technology and any other training materials.

- Lift, flight systems, components & multirotor design
- Regulation, safety and air law
- Energy and battery technology
- IT basics: input – processing – output
- 3D design and 3D printing
- Robotics and the workplaces of the future
Practical modules:
- Learning to fly a drone safely
- Flying a hover square with increasing difficulty
- Flying a drone obstacle course
- Hands-on drone coding with a block-based interface
