In Bavaria the DroneMasters Academy is active at a number of sites through partnerships and projects, with a focus on holiday courses and specialised workshops in schools. These programmes are designed to give participants a thorough grounding in drone technology and robotics.
The DroneMasters Academy Bavaria also places great value on interdisciplinary exchange, which it fosters through a variety of event formats. Our offers are tailored to the differing learning needs of participants and provide hands-on access to technical knowledge. They cover a broad range of topics, from the basics of piloting a drone to advanced aspects of robotics and its applications across different sectors.

Holiday fun with drones!
The holiday courses run by the DroneMasters Academy open up the fascinating world of drones and flying robotics in a playful way. The four- and five-day workshops offer plenty of fun flying and coding, and provide a unique introduction to new technologies and future careers.
Age group: 10–15 years
The workshop programme runs from 10:00 to 16:00. Supervision is provided from 09:30 to 17:00. Drinks are provided; participants bring their own lunch.

Innovation and ideas through drones
The team-building events run by the DroneMasters Academy make innovation tangible. Our different formats create a digital and technological setting that opens up space for new ideas and new ways of working. At the same time we show what drone technology can do and where it is heading — and help you find your way into this new market.
Participants get to try out various drone systems and gain background knowledge about the technology and its development. Hands-on experience with this innovative technology creates a real lightbulb moment about future applications and benefits.

Protect
The seminar lays the groundwork for effective counter-drone measures by covering the human, organisational and legal aspects of protecting critical infrastructure. Participants learn to understand the requirements for critical infrastructure operators and to establish the processes needed to make well-founded decisions about detection and defence systems.
While technical solutions are increasingly available, people remain decisive for putting them to work effectively. The seminar therefore focuses on human factors, training and the ability to make decisions in critical situations. Security staff and operators of critical infrastructure gain the understanding of legal and procedural aspects they need in order to respond to drone threats on a sound legal basis.
